Spa Bag
This is what I am making my sister in laws and my sisters for Christmas. I am making one for my secret santa and one for my long arm quilter too. Nine in all. I will put different things inside for each person according to what I think they might like. I am making two of them a spa bag with those type things in it. One I am making a cookie making kit and another a make up bag. Of course the one for santa will have fabrics and sewing things. What else?? LOL.
I posted one in the main section to ask what the girls thought it might be used as and I got tons of ideas from them. It was fun to hear what they suggested. Some said a bingo or gardener's bag. How fun is that?
Anyway I am making them all different fabrics and here is the latest one finished.

I plan on putting in shower gels, lotion, cleansers and nail equipment too.
Oh then it will get dark chocolate and energy bars with cellophane and a bow.

Love this version, Red! Tracked down the magazine you listed on your original post on ebay. Yesterday, I was looking thru some of my older magazines for some pincushion patterns and what do I find??? The 2009 copy of BH&G Bags, Pillows & Pincushions has the pattern in it too! Duh. I can see how you tweaked the pattern a bit.

Paperprincess ... I knew I had seen it somewhere in a purse magazine by BH&G ! I bet you just about had a tizzy after you paid for the magazine all over, buying the one off ebay. Dang! Sounds like something that would happen to me! Hey there were a couple gals on here who were really wanting the pattern, maybe you could sell it to them??
