    Don't let the cat fool you people.. Louie is definitely psychotic.

    The pattern is made from a jelly roll. I got out of Jelly Roll Quilts by Pam & Nicky Lintott. It is a very easy strip piecing method. The black is cut into 40 -1 1/2" strips and sewn to the jelly roll strips. Then you pair them up and sew the jelly roll side right sides together making 20 strips. Then cut them 3 1/2" strips, match them up, sew them together into blocks and alternate direction. Very easy.
