It surely is a happy quilt. Mom has to happy with the results of your efforts. And you sister will be delighted. What a precious gift to her. Yes, we will all be interested in seeing it again once quilted. Thanks for sharing.

I finished up this quilt and wanted to share the pictures. I just quilted simple vertical lines down the blocks 1/4” on either side of the seams. Then quilted around the borders 1/4” from the seams. For the backing, I used a wild red zebra print my mother had a ton of. It doesn’t match the look of the quilt at all, but it’s what she had.
