Wow! I love that. I know what kind of work that was!! I just finished 3 hand embroidered panels for the pattern "Over the River and Through the Woods, to Grandmother's house we go." I had to set it aside to work on Christmas quilts, but I intend to get back to it!! As you said, it just takes some time and patience. I did all of mine at night sitting with hubby watching tv.

Thank you, I just posted my over the river on the board, it takes alot of time but the results are amazing.Mine was for my son, he wanted black/white so that's how I did it, took out Grandmother and just put Mother on there. What color are you making your's? Would love to see a picture as well.

Very pretty. I recently saw this one done with crayon shading. Both are beautiful and I know there are hours and hours and hours of embroidery. Definitely a job well done. Congratulations!!
