This one is up to your usual standards! You say you're done done, but I'll bet you a dollar you're already planning your next quilt, and you'll probably finish it before Christmas!

Eddie, I just love this quilt AND the fabric! Did you make it with just the jelly roll of Blackbird Design's "Harvest Home" fabrics for Moda or did you add other fabrics to it? I haven't ever used the jelly rolls before but lately I have been seeing more and more quilts done with them and I'm really liking them.

Eddie -

I'm glad you're done; my address is...

Seriously, very nice work, as usual. I wish I could say we're finished.

Your quilt is gorgeous. I always love your work. Congratulations on getting all of your Christmas quilts done. I know that was not easy. Merry Christmas.

Beautiful quilt. Your work is always fantastic.
I sewed the label on my last quilt for Christmas this morning. Doesn't it feel good to be done? Or are we? Oh let's pat ourselves on the back!! Great job, Eddie.

Your quilt is beautiful. The receipients will be thrilled to get them.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Wendy,

I really like these books by the Lintotts, I think they're very well done. You do have to follow the instructions closely, though, because some of the patterns can be tricky to follow if you don't pick up on some key things from them. But all in all, they're great books, I've made a lot of quilts from them.

I made the inner portion of the top (the blocks) from a jelly roll, and made the borders from other fabrics. I used some of the leftover jelly roll strips to make the pieced binding as well.
