    I know, I felt the same way! I love the look of dresdens, but a whole quilt of them isn't my taste, but have been wanting to do one.' A flower seemed the right fit. I kind of tried to figure it out Math wise, but there's a reason I'm not a math teacher...so if you look close a few blades are skinnier than the others, but hey, real flowers are that way too so it worked for me

    I also like Dresden plates but never wanted to do an entire quilt of them (though I did think of doing one GIANT one in the center). I love your solution - your flower is perfect!

    Wow! I really like this. Thanks for sharing. I'm in the process of trying to make wall hangings to cover the walls of my sewing room with. This would be perfect!
