that turned out very pretty, the setting is the first time I've seen it like that, really sets off the blocks

What a perfect choice of fabric! I was always fascinated by kaleidoscopes as a child and the block in the lower right hand corner is 'spot on' for one of those beautiful scenes depicted while turning the scope. You did a wonderful job creating this quilt.
