I love stack n whack quilt and kalidescope (sp?) but have no idea how to pick fabric that will work with these patterns. Any suggestions (besides finding a dictionary for spelling)?

Oops! I somehow dropped the drooling on the table part about this beautiful quilt. Great job and lovely colors.

Virginia -- I've never made a stack-and-whack! This is a customer's quilt. BUT I DO know, after I picked fabric for a Kalidescope potholder that almost any of the fabrics that have large flowers will do. They have a bi-fold mirror that you set on the fabric and slide it around to choose where you want to cut the fabric. That's about all I know!!!
