I am using 2 inch squares for 3/4 inch hexagon. I use a plastic coupon holder for when I take it to work(night shift. Joanns have different size boxes, I will be going to get another one for the finished hexagons.

I made some plastic templates because I was excited to get started. I didn't really care for the plastic, so I am going back to the paper. paperpieces.com sells all kinds of shapes and sizes. I needed half hexagons, they will make any size you need.
