    I like this idea except if possible can you use your leftover fabs and make some sort of small border design with it - I would go long not squares - maybe cut on bias so all the colors are slightly angled.

    I like the first layout and the border on the left. Beautiful. I have never done a log cabin quilt. It is on my bucket list

    how about 2 borders; the first on should be black or red; I really like the red; your eyes need a place to rest then the 2nd one I'd do the black w/the small blocks you have displayed. I think the other border is so busy it'll take away from you quilt. Which by the way is gorgeous. I'd make the inside border smaller than the outside one.

    Wow! Love those bright colors and the design too. I like the border with squares best.
