    I love the Hunter Star pattern and made a queen one for myself (in only 2 colors). I made it using Deb Tucker's Rapid Star template and it came together perfectly. I don't think I would attempt one paper pieced since I hate ripping out all those papers afterwards but whatever you choose. I am partial to scrappy quilts and love all the batiks you are using, it is going to be beautiful when done. Good luck!

    I hated that too, until someone showed me that I could fold the paper back on the sewing line and stitch right next to it. Voila - no more ripping!

    Beautiful start. Looking forward to seeing the finish. I have this on my to make list. I have the DT ruler. Could someone tell me how much fabric it takes to make a two color quilt in queen size. TIA
