    This is a lap quilt I made a couple months ago for one of my SILs. He's a huge Steelers fan. He really liked it which made me feel so good because he rarely gets excited about anything....lol. The backing is just yellow Steelers fleece. I only put some batting under the Steeler circle to keep the black background fabric from showing through.

    I'm sure he loves it !!My son keeps asking me to make a New York Yankees quilt but I can't find any NYY cotton fabric, only fleece.

    thanks everyone.
    It was an easy quilt except for the center circle. I mean the front and back are just big hunks of fabric. He didn't want alot of different squares and things so I kept it simple.
    Now my other SIL wants a Cleveland Indians one

    Cool! I used the yellow/gold Steelers fleece on the back of a disappearing 9-patch for my nephew's wedding gift.
