Javin22, It was a cut out that I found for maybe a dollar at the thrift store a couple yrs ago. It is a VIP vintage cut out. I lined it and put batting in and quilted it and put binding around the top opening.

You can put things in it and the written instructions said if you hang on door or window you might want to put some evergreens sticking out the opening.
