Can I say that I really love that making the squares really transforms the stripe fabrics.

    Nicely done.
I don't want to brag but I can still fit into the earrings I wore in high school.

Your quilt inspires me to dig around in my stash to see how many stripes I have, because what you've done is just gorgeous. And you're lucky to have found a LAQ who does custom quilting - beautiful job on both.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

    Wonderful quilt.

I have a UFO that is made from stripe fabric to finish. The effect that cutting stripes has when you piece them into blocks is so cool. I really have to get mine finished.

    Yours is awesome.

Very unique. You did a great job mitering the blocks so they go together perfect. I love it.
