Awwwww.....all because 2 people fell in love.....so sweet!

This quilt is so personal and from the heart (no pun intended) that it is one of the nicest and most memorable that you've ever done!!!

This is so pretty. Does the heart stand out like it does because of your batting. So did you do something different. You just are toooooo talented.

I'm going to have to look up info on the soy batting - I'm intrigued :)
Quilt Magazine has information on different batting and mentioned Soy. It was the first time I had heard of it.

Beautiful quilt. :)

Very beautiful and it brought another idea to mind, a giant heart done with weaving strips. Bet that would look great too. Keeping that idea on the back burner.

Hi K,
Yes...I did trapunto on the heart...so it has two layers of polydown batting...and the rest of the quilt I used a flat batting .....to make the heart
"POP" out. The flatter batting is soy batting. It has the same loft as w&n but it is a bit softer.

Another stunner, Charismah. You really made it your own in a very special way with the quilting. Absolutely gorgeous:)
