Oh, duh! I found the apples, how could I have even missed them?

Her hair started out as one of the breasts of a bird, then I thread painted for texture.....after the stitching was done I took a acid free micron pen and drew in some darker strands for contrast.

Awesome! You are really creative. I wish my mind could vision something like that and be able to finish it. Great job. Bet yours was the prettiest!
