Never been a Sue fan, this is hysterical! Definitely has a 'South Park' feel about it. Love quilters with a sense of humor.

Showed a friend of mine who is just beginning to quilt, the Sun Sets on Sunbonnet Sue quilt. We laughed forever and went on with quilting. Then the next day, she brought a Sunbonnet Sue quilt her mother had made her when she was a little girl! She had totally forgotten about the quilt. When cleaning her basement out, there it was in a tub! The girls are all in pretty good shape, but the sashing, backing, and binding are in tatters. I looked in my stash for something she could replace the binding and sashing with and found a twin fabric for her! It was amazing! And there is enough to do it all! I rarely have more than a yard of one design. God does amazing things if we but acknowledge His presence!

Sorry, but I don't appreciate this quilt either. Poor taste.

I'm with you and I'm the quilter who posted it.

What I really don't get it why people keep coming to look and comment, sometimes more than once, if they object so to it.
