oooh poor Sue! Sue has a special place in my heart thanks to my Grannie. It was through my Grannie and Sue that I started quilting. Grannie did call her the "Little Dutch Girl" though.

The thing is, I guess, that the Sue quilts are so boring...it's usually one motif over and over. I like the Sue but with added stuff and different surroundings doing different things. I have a collection of Sue's and one day I will do them and they won't be boring in bright colors and little houses and flowers etc.

This is the kind of Sue I like. I crochet the pansies in her hand and around the top and used fabric paint to add a little depth to the quilt.

Not a good close up of her

It took me awhile to see it too.. I was like snake?? then I looked at it again and the light bulb came on.

I had not thought of Mr. Bill in so long - loved Mr. Bill! Okay, everyone now knows that I have *that* sense of humor lol. I know I've never been quite right :D
