That is so cute...I love that. I have two friends that did the Sunbonnet Sue Quilt - she embroidered hers - the squares were stamped, and than another friend of mine did the same thing.

My other friend also did the boys one too.

Congratulations on your finished quilt. That is so pretty.

It took me about 3 weeks to do it because the Sunbonnet Sues were all appliqued. Once I got them done the rest was done in less than a week

I gotta tell you, now people you cannot kill me, I absolutely hate Sunbonnet Sue. I don't know why...I remember when I went to see Quilters, the play, that I thought the quilt based on the Perils Of Sunbonnet Sue was hysterical.

That being said, yours is absolutely gorgeous! Wow...that is just so pretty. I'd love to see a picture if you make one with Sam's like that.

How precious! Do you have at least a little picture of what the Sam quilt will look like finished? I have a new grandson baby, ........

Hmmmmm, not yet. I thought I'd applique 1 or 2 "Sams" to see how they look but I'm not sure how I'll finish the quilt.
