    That is magnificent! I made that pattern for my first granddaughter. It's a true labor of love. What I love about your quilt is your use of color in the borders of the blocks. That is brilliant!!

    Many thanks to everyone that has posted since I thanked the first posters. I suppose most of us still like Sunbonnet Sue?

    I 've met 2 people in my life that did not like Sunbonnet Sue & I must say that I stared at them in amazement...how could you not love Sunbonnet Sue? :shock:

    In answer to a couple of posters' question, yes, I did indeed do the quilting. Hand quilting is all I know how to do, though I appreciate the skills it takes to machine quilt.

    Again, thank you so much. Makes a day a lot brighter to know other quilters say nice things abt what you put together!
