I have a thing for Sunflowers and hope to some day make a quilt for me out of sunflowers. I went to WM and they have some really nice fall colors in stock. They had these 2 sunflower fabric's and I had to get a yard of each. I only buy a yard because I want an assortment of them. It is slowly getting there. I just wanted to share them with you all. Thank you for looking.

pretty sunflowers

Beautiful fabric!

I've been thinking of making a sunflower quilt with yellow Dresden plates with a brown center.

I really like both fabrics, but especially the orangey one, because it is different from the norm.

I have a sunflower templet for the easy dresden pattern but have not had the nerve to try it. maybe by the time I get ready to make the quilt I will have gained enough experience to try the dresden.

That is why I bought it. I usually only buy the yellow ones but had to have that one.
