    You did an awesome job on this. Love the sunset. Can't wait to see it quilted. Sure that your husband will love it also. I didn't see WTxRed's note. But as you can see we all are waiting. BrendaK

    I absolutely love love love that, you did a great job. For a different look you could take the two trees with lighter background (on right) and place in the center of the quilt to make it look like the sun filtering through the trees towards the cabin. Like a sunset on the water, light in the center and darker as you get to the edges.

    Thanks, everyone! I got the two sections together last night, and figured out how to extend the sunrise this morning! I made three half blocks and added it--then trimmed--perfect fit!

    All packed up to give a one woman quilt show today---so it's added to the stacks.
