    How very interesting. Lovely job on your quilt. My Sister and hubby are heading back to the states (Seattle, Washington) on 31 March. They have been in your country since 25 February. I am going to jot down the towns you mentioned to ask if they were also there. Small world isn't it.

    That is a great idea. I wish I had thought of that when we were in Australia and New Zealand last fall. I did find several fabrics along the way and didn't think any of them really went together very well until I found a pattern and sashing that pulled them all together. I love your quilt idea and it could be used for travels anywhere. Here is what I finally came up with: [h=3]Australia / New Zealand trip memory quilt[/h]

    That is GREAT !! I remember seeing that idea years and years ago on a TV show called "Simply Quilts" but had completely forgotten about it. Your T-towel quilt is PERFECT.
