    This is my 1st advent calendar. I winged it after viewing many many online. Thanks to all of you who posted links and picutres of them.

    I need to put a sleeve on and my label but otherwise it is done.

    I will put cards in the pockets to mark the days off after my DGD gets her treat.

    The designs came from emblibrary.com and the bottom one took a couple of hours to stitch.

    I really like this. I especially appreciate the real meaning of Christmas at the bottom of the calendar.

    Thanks. My DGD is 4 and I wanted her to understand WHY we celebrate the day instead of just getting presents.
