Thanks....They are both made by sewing 4 log cabin blocks together.

Can you tell us the size of the center block? Realize it is 4 sewn together, and they are just beautiful! The blue one is my favorite, lucky people on the receiving end of either! Wish it were me.:>) Thanks for showing them! Sharyn

Thanks for the nice comments. The center (starting) block is 4 1/2" x 4 1/2 " and the strips are 2 1/2" wide.
