Thanks! It's fun to have a grandbaby to watch and learn from--on what changes I can make. For infants I like to turn the peek a boo blocks to the back and just "talk about" the full fabric pages. Once she's able to grab and hold the flaps--we'll move to those pages. I Jessie-sit Tuesday again--so after some milk, a burp, a diaper change and some songs, we'll look at one again. Her mom keeps one in the diaper bag, along with other books, for her. I just love toys that build vocabulary and creativity--and help parents and kids to bond!!

What troubles I had with this in the beginning! I tried several kinds and decided on one. I followed the directions, washed them and they were awesome. Nice and bright! Then I needed more markers--so ordered some. No directions, but I assumed the procedure I'd been using would work. Nope. I'd made 30 title pages--washed them and they ALL ran. What a waste of time, money and fabric!! So--I went back to my 2nd choice--Crayola Fabric Markers--and kept the design simple--just tracing letters I created from a word document. I ironed each for 4 min--and test washed them and all was well. When I made 17 recently--I decided to use the other heat setting option--put them in the dryer for 30 min. I tested one just to be sure it worked fine and no running. Whew. The only reason Crayola markers were a second choice is because the green wasn't a true green to me--a bit blue-ish. I'm, ah, very picky. ;-)

Wonderful books for babies. Thanks for the info on the markers also. I like the idea of throwing them in the dryer for 30 minutes to heat set!

You never cease to amaze me . Your color placements are always a WOW, starting way back with your pastel floral LC's.
