I got the pattern from a LQS in Brainard, MN while I was on vacation. The name of the pattern is "Sewing Cup Cozy". Info on the pattern is the following

Blog is - countryfabricsandquilting.blogspot.com
Website is - Countryfabricsandquilting.com
Link to pattern I used - http://www.countryfabricsandquilting...ku-CFQ-100.htm

Hope this helps.

BTW, I have two of these by my sewing machine (makes 2 per 3 FQs) and use them all the time. My Mom (johanka) uses her's when she does hand embroidery. Trying to get her to take a picture of it since she has added a pin cushion to her's to suit her needs. Then to get her to post it here so everybody can see what she has done

Someone was looking for items for a craft bazaar ... I think this would be a popular item!

Great gift

Don't you just love these! I made one for my sewing notions to keep by my machine and another to keep pens and pencils in my kitchen.
