Beautiful. You have a real talent with colors.
"southern stars" certainly fits. Always look forward to seeing your pics.

I love the name Southern Stars..yes you can put the dark teal on out side , but before you do that try a thin boarder of the star color then the wider dark teal , just to see if it don't take the stars away , I like it better if you see the stars first then the other colors.. that is my thought of what I would do , I think maybe I will make one for myself , if you do not mind me copying you , I just love the pattern and colors, it will look great in my bedroom ..thank you for posting it , you did a great job on it..

I appreciate your comments very much. I love these jewel tones. I am so glad that you do too.

I put the teal border on and took a pic for you to see. Now it has to wait it's turn to be quilted. I am going to buy the batting tomorrow and the backing. So it will be ready.

So what's ya think of the teal? I like it!

Love it its so beautiful , the stars just jump out at you...glade you did it that way...

beautiful quilt, log cabin is one of my favorite patterns, and your color combination is great,I like to keep a dark border as the last border on my quilts, I think it frames them in...anything you choose will work beautifully,

WOW! Very, very pretty. I agree with some other quilters that ...maybe a lime binding and light teal additional border.
