Your so welcome! It is kinda fun to search for just the right value and shade. There isn't one fabric repeated in this quilt.

Hi everyone... Thanks so very much, you are too kind.

I think a little (1 1/2" ) border, then the next blues, lighter to darker would be really pretty, too. Were you asking for advice? It looks like you already have a border. I love you color choices and the way you put it together is so beautiful!

I don't know about southern stars, but I definitely feel the tropical breeze and the colors are the quiet calm of the water

Your quilt is absolutely gorgeous. You used MY very favoritist colors. Even tho you've put the teal border on, which is a beautiful choice, I thought adding in a narrow inner border of the lime/star color was a great suggestion, too. As well, I'm going to save a pic of your beautiful quilt to help me choose similar colors in a future project. Thank you for posting!

Your avatar quilt and color choices are wonderful, too.

Oh my!! I am so thrilled that this quilt is a hit with you girls. Thank you so much! I truely value your opinions.

It was a very easy quilt to do as long as I used my head with that star border and got the colors in the right place. I normally don't do such bright colors, but winter being what it is this year I needed a lift. Besides my cousin is a southern gal.

Nice to "see" some of you gals posting. Big wave back to ya omak and all.

Love it just the way it is.
I think the dark boarder makes the quilt pattern really stand out.
What ever you end up deciding, it will be a beautiful quilt when finished.
