Dear Rachel...you are being unfairly hard on yourself.

You pieced together 270 pinwheels for goodness sake. There is a famous quilter (her name escapes me) who makes miniature quilts. Accuracy (cutting and seaming) is her middle name. She once said that when seaming your blocks you only have to be off a thread or two and when you magnify that across lots of blocks your whole quilt is out of whack.

I can see by your picture that you are very accurate and you have made a beautiful quilt. Your prairie points are the perfect enhancement. Even your binding is pieced...nice touch.

As for wavyness...I don't see it at all.

Beautiful quilt!!!!!

That's a lot of work and you're to be commended for not putting it aside because you thought it imperfect. I believe if you don't tell them, they won't know. I think it's beautiful. GREAT job!!

I know I am never satisfied with my own work but I think that is lovely. I wouldn't have the patience to make all of those pinwheels. They are charming and so are the praire points. Great job!
