This is the quilt I asked about. I finished it and it really turned out gorgeous.
I was afraid an all over quilt design might distract from the star but I don't believe it did. I hope you can see the quilting in the close ups. (if I can send the pictures)

That is just BEAUTIFUL...I love to see black or dark backgrounds..just makes it SHINE..
