Thanks to Moonpi and Pam Pollock, here is my Lone Star Quilt
#21
I'm afraid I must make a confession about this Lone Star quilt. Our Oklahoma Cooperative Extension office gave a class back in January of 2006 using preprinted interfacing by Bill Reinhold. There is no way I could have accomplished this without a hands on instructor
right there with step by step instructions and guidance but that's because I am a "hands on" learner. (I have a hard time trying to follow written instructions) There were probably 25 in the 2 day class and we had a wonderful time. It was amazing to see one block in so many color schemes. If you are interested, the website is www.quiltsmart.com. Scroll down to the Lone Star link and then "click here for more information". That pretty well explains how the points all match. It really works!
It just took me two years to decide how to finish it as I am not really into square quilts so had to improvise quite a lot to add the borders and make it more a user friendly size.
Thank You, Everyone, for the comments. I really appreciate your opinion (especially, since it was all Good)

WOW :!: :!: BEAUTIFUL :!: :!: You did an excellent job. I have some of that preprinted interfacing from quiltsmart and have even bought the fabric to do this but I haven't started it yet. Seeing yours makes me want to move it up on my list of quilts to do. Thanks so much for sharing.
