Wow, those are lovely. The name is so pretty and prettily done up for the room. In a grocery store one time, a lady pinched my 18 month son's cheeks and said what a cute little monkey. He didn't talk plain, but I understood him perfectly as he shook her hand loose and said, "I no monkey". People really do presume a lot sometimes.

I wish I'd of had a do not touch sign. Of course it doesn't help with those that can't read:< We were in line to pay at the checkstand. My daughter was sitting upright in a cart at Walmart and she had to be no older than a year old. I turned for a second, looking at something on the rack at the checkout, to find a complete stranger feeding her french fries from the McDonald's that was inside the WM. AAAACCCKKK!

Wow those stories are crazy!! People are way too comfortable touching babies; makes me nuts!! I thought this saying may even be a little too much but so far it's working. Leaving the hospital the nurses were so intrigued by the cover and even touching that they didn't bother my princess lol. So far success! Yay!!

Congratulations on your baby girl....LOVE the car seat cover !!!! Wonder if i could make one for my DS and DIL....they are expecting their first in April....after a 10 year wait !!!!!!!!!!!! RE: the "touchy / feelies".....I think it's the same strangers who think it's ok to touch your belly before the baby gets here !!!!!!!! ALL THE VERY VERY BEST to your family.

I found quite a few tutorials on pinterest for the cover and simply designed my embroidered panel for it. Easy peasy. Although it took almost a full skien of thread just to do the padded satin stitch on the "please" portion but i wanted it noticeable lol i thought the hydrangea might make it seem a little nicer than the screaming i have behind it of "keep your paws off!!!!!" Lol! I still have to finish her mobile too. Next on my list
