    Third Quilt Done

I picked up quilting early last year and absolutely love it. I have not finished my beginner sampler quilt (top is pieced, it has not been quilted and bound yet), but I did finish a second quilt and this third quilt below. It was a Christmas gift for my mom. So much fun to make and I love the colors!

Nice! Did you do the quilting yourself?

That's a beautiful quilt & quilting. It looks like you've made more than just three quilts and you are already making quilts with blocks on point! You are doing an awesome job.

Awesome quilt. You are a natural. Some times (for some of us) it takes several years to accomplish this.

I had it quilted by my teacher, who just so also happens to be my longarmer. ;-) Some day I may attempt to learn to quilt on my domestic, but I admit I am scared to try.

That's really very pretty. I like the fabric colors set against white. Looks like you really took to your new hobby.

It's beautiful. Quilting is really fun. You should try some fmq on smaller quilts, or quilt-as-you-go. It's really fun to doodle on your quilts.

Bravo to you. Besides being impressed that you made a beautiful quilt I love the fact that you know how to post a picture of it. I still don't know how to post a picture. Love the quilt. BrendaK
