Love the quilt. Is that a disappearing nine patch?

I need to make 3 by the end of July - that looks like a perfect pattern.

Don't shorten the quilt - better too long than too short.

In six to eight months this quilt will be perfect for afternoon naps and playing on the floor. Its beautiful.

I would leave it long...Mom will probably appreciate a nice long quilt during those hours of rocking during the night. I know that I was always thankful for the longer quilts keeping me warm too. :)

I would leave it that size. Mom can always tuck the lengthwise sides under the mattress. It would also be great as a tummy quilt for the floor! Great Job!

My thought is to leave it as it is. Definitely the baby will grow into it very quickly. It may even go to college with him/her.
