Thanks for the compliments everyone! I'm glad the snowmen wallhangings turned out ok. The panels were a little crooked and I had a hard time smoothing them out. I should have tried starch, but didn't think of it at the time. The one with the corner blocks was my attempt to correct the panel being off, but it didn't make enough of a difference to bother with on the second one.
The star quilt turned out pretty good for a mistake. I was intending it to be for my son, but I should have used more blue and green. My other sons didn't think he'd like it, so back to the drawing board for him. Now my sister-in-law gets a quilt. I was going to make something for her anyway. :)
