Tia should be so proud of herself for making this wonderful quilt! It is really beautiful. She will have a huge collection of lovely quilts one day, those made by her and for her. How fortunate.

I didn't start quilting until I was over 50 and when I see young girls and young women who make quilts I just beam with a huge smile and a tinge of envy.

My 3 daughters have no desire to quilt OR sew.
