Ester, it's about 3miles from where I live. There is an area there called the Rother Valley country park. It was originally a farm and the mill was one of the farm buildings. The surrounding area is now lovely walks and lakes and last time we went we met a lovely lady from Canada who was on a sentimental journey......she used to work at the farm as a young girl but then went to Canada 40 years ago to live. Her husband told us that he had promised her that he would bring her back one day .....and he did!!!

Oh I love this and really want to make one, ever since I saw Janstar's and now yours too! Anyone know if the pattern is available in the UK, or can be purchased as a soft copy (ie via email) so I don't have to pay a fortune for shipping to the UK?
