I was going through my stuff to find the Queen/king quilt top I had done about 13 years ago or so. I wanted to go over it and make sure I still wanted to finish it, except my hubby doesn't like it, at all LoL He hates the color's (too girlie) and say's there is too many blocks (too busy) for him. While going through the box, I also found another top I had done. I totally forgot all about it. Hubby doesn't like that one either. Not sure which one I had done first, I vaguely remember doing them.

    Quilt tops 1 & 2. I don't remember if I used a pattern or not.

I also found two other baby quilt tops I had done about a year ago and forgot about. Both my neice and hubby's neice were pregnant and due a month apart. I was so hoping they had girls so I made these. Well, they both had boy's and these got folded, put away and forgotten about.

this one is not finished, needs a border I think.

Since they both had boy's, I had to make new quilts. This one was for my husbands neice. Nothing fancy, I guess you call it a "Birthing Quilt"??? Sewing all layers together but leaving a hole to turn it right side out and stitching the hole closed. First attempt at FMQ, I have a lot to learn on that lol

That is my daughter all covered up in the middle of July. She had a real bad sunburn from 4 days of swimming at my Aunts house, even with sunblock on. She is covered with a sheet, afaghan and the quilt and still cold. This is a close up of one of the trains I sewed around to make it standout a little more. The other quilt I made was Camouflaged on both sides made the same way as this one with the trains. I quilted different types of fall leaves on it. I do not have a picture of it yet. I forgot to take one before sending it to NY but as soon as I get one, I will post it.

The one below is just a solid panel with 2 borders.

Thank You very much. These are the only things I have ever quilted but I am anxious to do more. I have a lot to learn and lots to practice but I am enjoying it and learning so much by going through the posts on this board and watching videos online. Hubby is going to take me Fabric shopping soon. He wants a MANLY quilt :D

If there are no more babies likely in the future, you could always donate the baby ones to Project Linus. I always use the ones I make as practice quilts too - so I develop more skills, and the kids benefit too - win/win situation.

If you finish the larger ones, you might be able to sell them, if not, donate them to the homeless, or a shelter?
