I really like your quilt and the quilting reminds me of the kind that my mother did, she always hand quilted everything and one of favorite designs was the fan and another one was 1 or 2" squares
She passed away in 1987 and she was a very neat quilter and also when she would piece a quilt it had to be perfect. At that time she would have a few ladies to come to house to help quilt. I never did much quilting when she was alive because I worked full time and had a garden & lawn work and she alway told me that it would be addictive and also I did a lot of sewing clothes for myself and others. But went to first quilt show at Paducah in 1989 and then I did got hooked. But I did take the perfect after her. I want my seams to match and I do rip out
