toilet paper embroidery

this is what we did in our embroidery club yesterday. wrapped some netting around it and tied with matching color ribbon. i could make it with a deer head on it for men. think i'll make up a few to sell, how much ya think i should ask for one?

How cute! Don't know about the price but I'd not sell it for less than $5.... :D

This fall, one of the elementary school classrooms did his with orange fabric and a little bit of a silk flower and ribbon. They looked like fancy pumpkins. They made enough for every resident in the nursing home (about 85). The residents all loved them. :mrgreen:

that's funny, that's exactly what i was thinking - $5. it takes 3 pieces of stabilizer to do it. you have to hoop a cut away, slide a tear away under the hoop and a water soluble on top of the toilet tissue, it just tears off really easy - of course you wouldn't wet it. the toilet tissue is cheap at the dollar store, but the rest of it adds up. i'll probably just do some for gifts.
