Default It took 2 years to finish!!
Here are pics of the quilt I have been working since Oct. 2009. I finished it about 3 weeks ago after 2 years. The lady who quilted it suggested the gold thread which really makes it pop! I am so excited. It is the first quilt I have made. In my avatar is one of the blocks!

Very beautiful quilt. One like that takes me a lot of time also, but whew, now it is done. It feels so good getting to this point. You did a great job on it, and I like your color choices too. I love your background fabric.

What a beautiful quilt!! Well worth the time you put in to it. The gold definitely makes it pop.
