    It's a wonderful quilt! Is the white fabric eyelet, or a white-on-white that looks like eyelet?

    It is white eyelet. I bought it on Ebay and it wasn't very expensive. There are no actual holes in the eyelet, so no batting coming through.

    I wanted the quilt to be soft, so I just did SID, the hearts in the white blocks and border and I machine-tacked the pinwheels in the middle. I'm anxious to see what it will look like after washing.
