    Wow, how beautiful! I've never seen that pattern before but will be looking for it now. I've only ever done machine quilting but find that I want something to do by hand since I hate just sitting watching TV without something to do with my hands. I used to do cross stitching but had to stop becuase of shoulder issues. Hmmm, I might just have to give this a try. Thanks for sharing!

    Yes I did put sandpaper on the back of the template. I wanted to make sure each piece was perfectly drawn.
