I have not posted anything for a while and though this is not done yet I thought I would post a picture of the quilt top anyway.
My husband's name is Angel and this will be for him when it is done. I brought my first Jelly Roll with the idea to make him his own quilt. He has watched me work for hours for my family and never asked me to make him anything. When I showed him the materials I picked out and told him this was going to be for him he was so pleased and even got involved picking out a pattern he liked. I was surprised, I never thought he was interested.
I just finished the top, have to wait to get the batting so I can get this finished but that will not be in until March (it is summer here and they do not carry the batting I use except in the fall and winter). I will post pictures of the finished quilt when I finally get it done.

Very Nice.... Love all the colors you used in this. I am working on a quilt kind of similar to this, but I'm using up all my scrappy strips. Did you use YOUR scrappy strips, or did you have to cut all these up?

Wow I really like the colors. It will be beautiful when finished. Western NY is currently getting a little snow. Lake Erie is finally froze over and the Ground Hog (Dunkirk Dave) says an early spring.

Jinnie I can not for the life of me remember the name of this quilt but the pattern was free. I do have it printed but not where I can get to it tonight. Tomorrow I will get you the name and where I got it.

Belmer this was from Hoffman jelly roll called Mint Chip. No thank the Lord I did not have to cut them all into strips. Please post your quilt when you are done.
