    Well, I was inspired at work today to try to do something Americana.....and so I came home from work and put together this American Flag quilt top - 18 1/2" x 26"....it was a lot of fun - especially working with the Civil War Repros...I had some fun.....
    This is just the top - not backed or quilted.....just wanted to share to see what you think - do you feel I should add a border or leave it as is......

    I have to agree.........no border.........unless, you were planning to make it into something else........like putting blocks around it or something. I know you know what I'm talking about ;)

    It looks great! I think a few appliqued white stars on the blue would really set it off. ;-)

    Thanks Everyone - I appreciate the input!!!!! Now I think I have to work on a Canadian one - I have the pattern in my head..just need to get it on my cutting board :-)

    If you really are going to put white applique stars on the blue, what about making it the # of states during the Civil War...???
