there is a MSQC periwinkle video on youtube & they do use a special ruler ... but I just made a 60 degree triangle template

One of the large ones would be perfect for my round dining room table if you happen to have an extra! Those are beautiful and thanks for reminding me I have a plastic grocery bag stuffed with Christmas fabric I need to de-odorize in the washer UGH.

I love this idea. Some years ago someone gave me an unfinished table cloth based on a similar pattern but wasn't finished because they either ran out of fabric or just didn't finish the last section. I think I will cut it up and make it into these little toppers. Wondering how you finish the edges. Do you sew RST and then turn right side out and poke out the corners or put binding on? I think the latter would be difficult.
