    Hmmm.... An un-sew button. Quick! Call the patent office, I think you're onto a winner there! Haha. I know how you feel. I once sewed a bag together and was attaching the handles when I realised that while the lining was the right way around, I had sewn the outside of the bag to it inside out!

    The quilt looks fab too. I love the pattern.

    I would just settle for all manufacturers of sewing machines to put the presser foot lever on the front!!!!!!!!!!!!! :twisted:

    My inspiration was my late DMIL. She did awesome work...looks like you rate mightily as well. Beautiful work.

    I sew many of my borders together first but cut them extra long so I have plenty to work with. There's a lot less bulk this way. Who follows directions? :) Much easier to cut off extra than to add!

    No, actually I'd really, really advise against it! Unless you plan it out way before you sew it on! The corners don't work - here is how I had to fix them:
