Default Tote from Henry Glass Free Pattern

My thanks to SmickChick for posting a link to this fabulous "Black White & Currant Quilted Tote Bag" pattern from Henry Glass: http://www.henryglassfabrics.com/pro...-free-projects

I'd like to share a picture of my version of this bag I made yesterday. It's a nice large tote at about 20" wide x 15" high x 5" thick. I used some fairly lightweight upholstery fabric for the bag bottom and straps, and combined it with a couple of my favorite batiks from my stash.

Beautiful batik fabrics. They look so nice together. I'm sure you'll get a lot of compliments when you go out with that on your arm. Peggy

Beautiful! I love batiks, and they look wonderful with this bag style.
