You have been so good about answering the questions on here and I thank you for that and any future help. Your purses are simply gorgeous .

Happy to clarify....
these handles are leather look vinyl...very easy to sew. The Teardrop is actually a cutout on the top of the handle only. . The handles are constructed in 2 layers. There are sticky strips ..one is the tear drop..the others are located under the top layer of the handle where the teardrop cut out is. You adhere the fabric to the tear drop and then with a stiletto or something else to tuck the perimeter of the fabric insert under the handle. You do have to pull the protective sticky strip off first to reveal the tacky part. Pretty easy to do, in fact. A flat dinner knife would work too, for tucking under the fabric.

The retail price on these handles is $26.00 for a set of two handles. The purse pattern is included. What I posted were the various color options along with the product numbers. Quilt shops and machine dealers are able to order them from their Distributer. That is how I order them...thru a an independent shop who has an account. Shops love to special order for their customers even if they don,t stock the item themselves.

I hope that this info was clearer for you. Thank you for asking!

One of my local quilt shops had it. They had a class on this project.

Sandy, thanks so much for the info. I just love these. I think I will try to make my own as that's a lot to spend on handles for me. Your fabrics for all the totes is wonderful.
